The contest format
The Fantasy Cricket platform provides contests in two separate formats: (1) as public contests where Users can participate in a contest with other Users without any restrictions on participation; and (2) as private contests where Users can invite specific Users to a contest and restrict participation to such invited Users. All contest rules set forth herein shall apply to both formats of the contests.
Participating in public contests
In the public contest format, crickbaazi may offer contests comprising 2 participants, 3 participants, 5 participants, 10 participants, 100 participants, or any other pre-designated number of participants.
Crickbaazi may offer this contest format as a paid format, and the winner will be determined at the end of the round.
The number of participants required to make a contest operational will be pre-specified. The contest will be operational once the number of participants in such contests equals the pre-specified number. Such contests will not be operational if the number of participants is less than the pre-specified number at the predetermined time of the round's start. The participation fee paid by each participant will be returned to each User's account without any charge or deduction.
In certain contests across crickbaazi services, designated as "confirmed contests," the contests shall become operational once the number of participants in such contests equals the pre-specified number of winners to be declared in such contests, even if all the available participant slots (as pre-specified in relation to the contests) remain unfilled. It is clarified that notwithstanding the activation of such contests, participants can continue to join such contests until (i) all the available participant slots in such contests are filled or (ii) the rounds to which the contests relate commence, whichever is earlier. If such contests are not operational by the time the round begins, the participation fee paid by each participant will be returned back to the User's account without any fee or deduction.
A contest for private Users
Crickbaazi allows Users to create fantasy cricket contests ("Private Contests") and invite other Users, whether current Users or not ("Invited User"), to create teams and participate in the contests. Users may create a private contest that allows for the participation of a defined number of participants, such as 2, 3, 5, or 10. The User who creates a private contest must pay the participation fee, give the private contest a name, join the private contest, and be given a unique identification code (Fantasy League Code). The Fantasy League Code will be sent to the account of the contest creator. The User accepts that once a private contest is created, no changes to the terms or structure of the private contest will be authorized, except for a change in the contest's name. The User who creates the private contest has to provide crickbaazi with all of the invited Users' email addresses or Facebook Usernames so that crickbaazi can send them a message or email inviting them to register on crickbaazi.com (if necessary) and participate in the private contest to which they have been invited.
In order to participate in a private contest, an invited User shall input the contest code of the private contest and submit the participation fee for the private contest. Once the number of participants in a private contest equals the number of pre-specified participants for that private contest, the private contest shall be rendered operative, and no other invited Users or other Users shall be permitted to participate in that private contest. In the event that a private contest does not receive the pre-specified number of participants for that particular contest until 1 hour prior to the commencement of the round/contest, the participants of such a private contest shall be provided with the option to convert the private contest into a public contest and permit the participation of Users without the Contest Code. It is clarified that crickbaazi undertakes such conversion in a serialized manner and cannot and does not warrant that any private contest shall be converted into a public contest prior to the commencement of the round/contest, or that any User shall join such a contest to make it operational. In the event that the number of participants in any private contest (or converted contest) is less than the pre-specified number at the time of the commencement of the round, such contest shall not be operational, and the participation fee paid by each User shall be credited back to their account without any charge or deduction.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law
Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from our terms of service or privacy policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts at (MENTION THE STATE).
Legality
Playing games of skill is legal as it is excluded from the ambit of Indian gambling legislation, including the Public Gambling Act of 1867. The Supreme Court of India, in the cases of the State of Andhra Pradesh v. K Satyanarayana (AIR 1968 SC 825) and KR Lakshmanan v. State of Tamil Nadu (AIR 1996 SC 1153), has held that a game in which success depends predominantly upon the superior knowledge, training, attention, experience, and adroitness of the player shall be classified as a game of skill.
The Contents provided by crickbaazi, described above, are games of skill as their participants' success in the games depends primarily on their superior knowledge of the games of cricket statistics, knowledge of players' relative form, players' performance in a particular territory, conditions, and/or format (such as ODIs, Test Cricket, and Twenty20 in the cricket fantasy game), attention and dedication to the contests in which they are participating, and adroitness in playing the contests. The contests also require participants to field well-balanced sides with limited resources and substitute at appropriate times to gain the maximum points.
By participating in our contests, each participant acknowledges and agrees that he/she is participating in a game of skill, not chance.
Feeds and Fantasy Score
Third-party service provider(s) may provide the score feed and other information required to compute and tabulate score points to the crickbaazi Fantasy Cricket platform. In the rare event that any error in the computation or tabulation of score points, selection of winners, etc. as a result of inaccuracy or incompleteness of the feed provided by the third-party service provider comes to its attention, crickbaazi shall do its best to rectify such error prior to the distribution of prizes. However, crickbaazi wants to make clear that it relies on the accuracy and completeness of third-party score and stat feeds and does not itself warrant or make any representations about the accuracy of these feeds. In any case, crickbaazi will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the computation and tabulation of score points or the selection of winners due to inaccurate or incomplete scores/statistics received from such third-party service providers. In this respect, Users and participants agree not to make any claim or raise any complaint against crickbaazi.
In the opening lineup, the purpose of indicating a player's involvement in the final starting lineup is to provide information and assist the User in selecting his or her squad for the upcoming season crickbaazi. While crickbaazi indicates a player's presence in the starting lineup based on information and data obtained from feed providers and publicly available information, Users are encouraged to conduct their own extensive investigation using official sources and/or other publicly available sources of information. Crickbaazi assumes no liability if a participant previously designated as "playing" fails to play or start for whatever reason.
This is moved to the Winnings/Withdrawable bucket only when the User converts to a cash player (deposits cash and plays a cash game). The playable bonus and locked bonus (if any) given to the User, if not utilized within 15 days from the day of disbursement, will expire.
