Users cannot receive a refund once the amount has been added to their crickbaazi account, and the amount can only be used to join leagues, fun features, and participate in crickbaazi contests.

Users who use crickbaazi’s services and fun features are not entitled to cancel any transaction that has been confirmed. However, crickbaazi is authorised to allow any User to cancel a transaction and receive a refund of the transaction amount paid by the User under the following circumstances: If the User sends a written request to crickbaazi from the registered email address to cancel such payment, or If payment is made for participation in the paid version(s) of the contest(s), the cancellation request must be received at least one day prior to the start of the round for which the payment was made; otherwise, crickbaazi will not be obligated to refund any amount.

Crickbaazi reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to reimburse the transaction amount to the User in the mentioned circumstances after deducting applicable cancellation charges and taxes. Additionally, consumers should consider the additional terms and conditions that govern the transaction. In an event wherein the clauses defined in additional terms and conditions conflict with the present terms and conditions defined by us, the additional terms and conditions associated with transactions shall prevail. The refund is only applicable to the amount used to join any league and shall be refunded to the crickbaazi User Account source, as deducted.

In the event of any unforeseen tournament, e.g., force majeure, event cancellation, technical problems, and others, only the league joining amount will be refunded as used to join the league. There will be no claim on the win as per the rank.
